We offer a flexible cancellation policy for all subscribers of the ClinicHive platform:
You can cancel your paid monthly or yearly subscription at any time directly through your Clinic settings dashboard or by contacting us at nareshkanode9860@gmail.com.
Upon cancellation, your clinic will maintain active access to all records, calendars, check-in widgets, and features until the end of your current paid billing period. After this date, your subscription will not renew, and your account will revert to suspended or inactive status.
We retain clinic databases for up to 90 days after cancellation to allow you to re-activate your account or export reports safely. After 90 days, all clinical records and configurations are permanently pruned from our secure servers.
