These terms govern your use of the ClinicHive SaaS platform, provided by NK Web Services. By registering or logging in, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Software Only Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: ClinicHive only provides software solutions for clinic management and patient check-in workflows. We do not provide clinical diagnosis, medical opinions, prescriptions, or active medical services ourselves. The responsibility for patient health, prescriptions, and legal clinical compliance remains entirely with the consulting medical practitioners.

2. Proper Use

Subscribers agree to use the platform solely for lawful clinical operations. You must not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to other databases, or enter fake patient records. NK Web Services reserves the right to suspend any accounts violating these usage codes.

3. Limitation of Liability

NK Web Services and ClinicHive shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or accidental data loss arising from server disruptions or service availability issues, though we maintain daily automated backups to keep risk at a minimum.
