We offer a free trial plan for all new users to fully evaluate ClinicHive's operational workflows, patient self check-in queues, and billing systems before committing to a paid plan.
Paid monthly or yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a billing cycle (monthly/yearly) starts and the payment is processed, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for unused subscription time.
If you encounter a billing error, duplicate charge, or system failure, please contact nareshkanode9860@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. NK Web Services will investigate the request and issue refunds where error or duplicate processing is confirmed.
